The apartment is located near (max.100m) to the sandbeach on the picture below, in the village Duce 1km from Omis.

Shop, restaurant, and beachcafe max. 100m from the apartment. This flat is on the groundfloor of the house and therefore very suitable for families with children and older persons. The beach is sandy with very shallow sea, just perfect for our little guests

Private parking (at the house) is included in the price just like bedclothes and tourist tax. There are no extra charges.

Das Apartment liegt nur 100m vom abgebildetem Sandstrand in der Ortschaft Duce, ca. 1km von der Stadt Omis entfernt, etwa 20km südlich von Split. Der Strand ist sandig mit sehr flachem Wasser, perfekt für unsere kleinen Gäste.

In der näheren Umgebung (max.100m) finden Sie Restaurants, Strandcafes und einen Einkaufsladen.

Privatparkplatz, Kurtaxe, Bettwäsche sowie alle andern Unterkunftskosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
